top 5 strategy games
Strategy games are a divided and much of a sensitive area for me. Some games that are the real time strategy I simply feel too slow for, and other times turnbased strategy games are just boring. Finelines indeed but what is taste is ever elusive to describe?.

Star Craft |
Hands down to the best RTS I ever played with good solid action, tactical units and maneuvers and a wonderful story with the Blizzard mark of exceptional movies to bring the story forth. This game is a gmae where you are just at the right level of stress so you can always be able to get the picture and in time to mangae the battlefield..

Dawn of War |
Might just be my big fancy for the Warhammer 40K universe but the game is good, and the action great. The strategy is fine cause it rewards the bold and crazy that is willing and ready to storm for victory..

Sid Meiers Alpha Centauri |
Sid Meier is a genius, he really is, unfortunately the game engine is getting old and "we have seen that" but Alpha centauri was nice, a bit quicker then the Civ games so far and yet immensly fun but the probalem is with most of Sid's games this, they turn out to be another Industrial warfar game bonanza ending in mopping up mongrels that got lose in the dobberman breeding pit.

Fallout Tactics |
Squad based tactical games are fun, Fallout universe is fun, Fallout Tactics is fun, however bot as fun as the RPG counterpart. But this game is really nice as turnbased and will put the familiar gamer of Fallout into the position to lead your squad members in combat against mutants, giant cockroaches and evil robots. And you got nice vehicles too!

Warcraft 3 |
What would you know, another Blizzard game. Oh yes, Blizzard knows one thing, and that is to make really fgood games that you like. WarCraft 3 is the third (duh!) game that changed WarCraft RTS games. More heroes and smaller amount of units made this game a real nice and fresh take on an already good concept. As with most Blizzard games, it installs and runs out of the box no problemo and they listen to fans and release tweaking patches!.
