top 5 roleplaying games When it comes to roleplaying games I demand certain things from them; they should be appealing both in story line as well as in gameplay. You should be able to have some form to customaize the character or be so happy with how you can take only one or a few premade to your satisfaction. Also, the game should leave either a very strong fealing that last if you can't replay it, or not so much that it becomes a tedious repeating pattern to play it again. |

no 1 Baldurs Gate 1&2 |
Simply the mother of isometric roleplaying games as well as the mother of all roleplay flirtartious and love intguing game for PC. It is an amazing game with twists and turns both in plot and in dialouge that eveolves like a great mystery book and you play on to better your group of character, to know them better as well as to find out both what is behind the next corner and what will happen next. |
no 2 Planescape Torment |
Probably one of the best games I have ever played. The story is immense and thrilling and the characters that emerges in the story as well as the one main character are so intruíguing and so likeable/hatable that you are sooner or later into a gaming frenzy must know! The game takes part in the very seldom explored setting Planescape in the city Sigil. Only thing that Baldurs Gate 2 is better then this is repayability. |

"What?" a few of you might exclaim but believe it or not, this game beats all when it comes to crunching away hours and hours of gameplay with several characters and fast paced action. It is not very smart, it is not a very deep story, but it is fantasy rpg action at its best. |

First real good post apocalyptic roleplaying game with that sad and pathetic humour that usually marks geniouses and , or, madmen. A geniusly stressed game where you have to beat the clock, encounter mutants, zombies and crashed whales. Wonderful! |

Neverwinter nights was soething scary when it came. A lose cannon full of options and a graphical engine that screemed of possibilities and also belied the legacy of this being the Baldurs Gate 3. I was very sceptic untill I started playing it. Then I liked it, but it wasn't until after the Hordes of the Underdark expansion that this gae started to shine. Epic levels. What in the world copuldn't Bioware and the fanboys understand about that word? Epic means simply epic, and after spending an epic amount of hours in front of their games reaching a limit is not what you want to do then, you want to continue beyond the normal borders and go, Epic. Dungeons and Dragons 3ed best CRPG, basicly because it ran beautiful and easy for everyone to compose and play with. |

<< back | wolf says: So many things in a game that to list the perfect list, will probably never happen. Here I rolled the dies and hoped that I can agree with this night judgment for a few weeks before changing it ;-). |
